Middle Beach Campground, Mimosa Rocks N.P.

Description
You are now required to make a booking for all campgrounds and campsites in NSW national parks. This includes locations that were previously available for use without a booking. This is necessary to protect our visitors and prevent the spread of COVID-19. Book online or contact the National Parks Contact Centre on 1300 072 757.
Middle Beach campground is a gem of the Sapphire Coast. This beach camping spot is ideal for water babies, offering great swimming, snorkelling, fishing and kayaking.
There are 12 unpowered, unmarked sites, suitable for tents. Its about an 80m walk from the carpark to the campground. Toilet facilities are available.
To reach Middle Beach campground, follow the Tathra-Bermagui Road and turn onto Haighs Road, just north of Tanja, then look for Middle Beach Road. If you reach Bithry Inlet you've gone too far and will need to go back the way you came. Park your car and follow the signs to the campground on foot. Please note roads may be closed after heavy rainfall, check the local alerts and closures.
Bookings required at this campground. Sites operate on a first-in first-served basis. During school holiday periods the maximum length of stay is 2 weeks, at all other times it is 4 weeks.
To cook your food, you will need to bring your own gas or liquid fuel cooking equipment. Campfires and solid fuel cooking fires are not permitted.
Pets and smoking are not permitted.
