===== Moderator Note: Our team has received reports of users having open fires in this area and that this is forbidden by local council. As we understand, continued breaching of these council guidelines will result in the closure of this site to camping. Please camp responsibly. ===== The short stay area is designed for a maximum of 8 fully self contained recreational vehicles (max length 12.5m) with a maximum of 2 nights (48hours). Open 7 days * Free 48 hour parking for self contained recreational vehicles only * Designated parking areas * Boom gate access sunset to sunrise How to use the site: * Access to the site via Farnsworth Ave and approach the boom gate * There are only 8 designated sites in the reserve * There is no booking system in place. It is first in, first position basis * You must dial the Well Done Group on (02)85790315 to register your vehicle details and mobile number, they will sms a code for the gate, as your 48 hour access number to the site * Parking is in the designated bays as depicted on map The boom gate will operate on a timer along with existing gates and toilet facilities that are currently closed by Councils security contractor. The gate will move to the open position at 5.30am. Depending on the time of the year the gate will be moved into the closed position at the following times: * Winter months 5:30pm * Summer months- 8:00pm
