Maroubra Beach is the best surfing beach in the eastern suburbs. The beach is popular with experienced surfers who enjoy the consistent reef and beach breaks. Beginners also enjoy this lovely 1km strip of white sand nicknamed "the Bra". You will be trained in a small group of 6 students or less, so you will get plenty of help from your instructor. It is a great way to build your surf knowledge, confidence and perfect your surfing technique. You will be amazed at how easy, safe and enjoyable it can be to learn to surf. If you are concerned about your swimming ability, no worries, lessons take place at low tide & in waist-deep water, with your instructor by your side. So no swimming required!
