Description
This park is closed due to significant bushfire damage. The park closure includes Lake Creek campground, Wadbilliga Crossing picnic area, and Wadbilliga Road. NSW National Parks is also conducting ground and aerial pest control programs as part of the bushfire recovery.
Applies from Thu 30 Jan 2020, 2.40pm to Tue 1 Dec 2020, 2.41pm. For updates visit the National Parks wesbite.

Picnic area in Wadbilliga National Park.
Conventional cars can reach Wadbilliga Crossing picnic area from the east via Bourkes Road. The road continues into the park but is 4WD only beyond the picnic area.
Check the weather before you set out as Wadbilliga Road can become impassable due to flooding rivers when it rains.
Pets and domestic animals (other than certified assistance animals) are not permitted.
There is limited mobile reception in this park.
No camping or overnight parking.

It also has a toilet! Super clean which is a bonus! We saw eels in the river at night & a found a big wombat hole. Beautiful cosy spot that would easy fit group of 3 vehicles! Child friendly water spot!! Definitely worth the drive
