Overnighted here in van - several other people doing the same, amazing to wake up with the sunset and surfers! It says paid parking from 7am however lots of people were parked up until around 9am to watch the sunrise/exercise on the beach and no one paid for a ticket. Drinking water and outside showers, toilets are open all night.
