At the bridge across Cockle Creek, you will find Bobbin Head. There is the Bobbin Head Inn cafe alongside the National Park Info Centre. One side of the road has a picnic area, the other side has a sizeable carpark stretching along the river. There are a good number of benches and tables to make use of. Short bush walks start at the end of car park. 10 minutes will take you over the mangroves. A short stair climb past that takes you to natural lookout.

Small construction site in the middle (future playground?) in the grounds. The public toilets were clean. Both the cafe and the info centre are open.
