Makes you feel like you're playing a starring role in The Great Gatsby movie - and that's fitting because everything to do with this place and its history is dramatic! 1843 convict-bult Seahorse Inn. Constructed by a fellow who was both a scoundrel and a visionary, Benjamin Boyd. He was one of the country's wealthiest people until he went bankrupt building this place and the town that surrounded it - Boydtown. Amazing history. Great place for a drink or meal, and the outside tables with a view are dog friendly. Adjacent van park.

We had a Devonshire tea here $15 per person, it was yummy. The meals looked really good. Lovely buildings and grounds to wander around. It's a short walk to the beach. Beautiful stop.

Great morning tea but it rained oh well still good . Great place
