The tap near toilets still exists see photo, but you need one of the cross shaped connectors which you can buy in Bunnings to put on the top to be able to turn it on and off. 11am on a Monday and the toilets have already been hosed out and restocked with toilet paper. Lock on door in ladies was working.

Stayed here last night. Ranger came through around 6:40am but I was already up so they didn't say anything. There's a lookout there which is a great spot to watch the sunrise. Good reason to get up early before the ranger comes ;) Toilets are open all night. No paper in the ladies so maybe take your own.
