Description
Can get access to the Lachlan River from here. There is a steep walk down to the river across small rocks that may be unstable under foot. River bed was rocks also. Plaque with bridge information to read. Old Bridge remains are visible. Turning point for caravans.

Great spot for a stop. Pup loved his paddle. We were vigilant for snakes as they would be about. We found shade for the caravan & enjoyed our morning tea here. No bins, so rubbish came back with us! Enjoyable walk from campgrounds but not for us in the heat! I put this spot into wiki as a day use area because it's a great little break! Hope others get to enjoy this piece of history!
