Local Gov. Act 1993 Sect. 632 2A (b) prevents Councils from prohibit or regulate the taking . . . or use of any vehicle . . . that is a road . . . Trumps Council by-laws which are bluff only. Photograph ranger and his car and demand written move on notice. That alone would be in contravention of safety/rest reccommendations. Council very keen to prohibit competition with its holiday parks.

How bloody miserable can they get? LMSC needs to consider tourism by other than term stayers. Fancy threatening fines for resting after a long drive! Council might be held liable in event of a crash.
