Head further along the road to where the old bridge is down, way nicer swimming hole. Make sure you walk upstream as well.

The Promised Land Loop road doesn't keep up to it's promise Bridge is out still, looks like there isn't any urgency to replace the bridge. Beautiful area and a nice drive still.

This was one of the most beautiful places I have been to on my travels. Crystal clear fresh water. Definitely would check it out. We went when it was raining and it was magical.
