Description
North Smoky Beach is located on the north side of Smoky Cape, seen from Captain Cooks Lookout where the car can be parked, have a picnic or BBQ and use the facilities. Take the Jack Perkins track down the side of the headland to access this clothes optional beach.
Four wheel drive access is prohibited
There is no surf lifesaving patrol.
No camping or overnight parking allowed.

This beach is described as a Clothing Optional beach in the local tourist information guide. My wife and I have spent many days here and have seen only a few other nudists. I haven't been able to ascertain whether it's a legal or unofficial nude beach. In any event it is a very quiet beach and some days you will see very few other people.

I am local it has always been cloth oppositional for at least 40 years it is signposted as such by the NP&W , 6 of us were on the beach this morning
