Wonderful to see water in the lake. Stayed right next door at Goodwood Station Stay, camped by the Wool Shed water hole. Made the short trip to Peery Lake Picnic Area.

We enjoyed a perfect day by the lake filled with water and birdlife and even some aboriginal rock engraving around the lakes rocky foreshore The short loop walk to the lookout was stunning with a large variety of birds and wildflowers in bloom Thank you National Parks for the bbq to toast our sandwiches for lunch and the large clean toilet.

Nice picnic area and the loop walk was great...found the rock art. Some lowlife has stolen the hand sanitiser in the loo.
