If you are in Perisher over summer, likely the only public toilets open (and probably daytime only) are in the lower level of the SkiTube building - big building at the south of the carpark. Access from the doors on the low side, where the concrete path goes across to the mesh bridge towards the main Perisher Centre (which will almost certainly be locked up).
