It is accessible to four wheel drives.

We walked there from the campground. No signs to indicate Pulpit Rock which isn't reached along the Green Cape track, but is a detour along the access road. Obviously good for rock fishing (with care), but the views from City Rock were much nicer in my opinion.

Way is open but Lookout is not as per corona virus pandemic

Nice view of the waves crashing over the rocks, no safety barriers so not for the faint hearted.
