Great spot lady at info said its no camping and ranger is out and about in December given out fines to people. There are no no camping signs so could be disputed considering the rest of the town has them. Toilets and showers available. Lady at info was very firm about it she said she knows about wiki. If its a big problem why dont they

Us and another van last night, i went to info centre next day and she said its no camping and the ranger will fine people in December so all good for now and there is no signs saying no camping. She said they have removed bin but we are fully self contained and took our rubbish with us. Toilets and showers very close by if not contained :)

Shut it down by blocking off road access, putting up signs or adding a post on wiki since they know its what brings people. On a good note the place is great toilet, showers, seals, whales and fresh air.
