This rest area is located on the Pacific Highway, 59.3km North of Ballina is accessible to vehicles travelling southbound. Rest areas are a place where you can stop and rest, making your journey safer and more enjoyable. You can stop at a rest area to rest ad manage fatigue however they are not intended as camping sites. Facilities include: Toilets, picnic tables, rubbish bins and playground. This is a combined truck and car rest area. Please do not park in the truck parking area and ensure there is plenty of room for trucks to enter and exit the site and to park and take their mandatory rest.

Very well laid out roadside rest! There are long parking bays for the trucks but if you vear over a little further to the left there are spaces for caravans too as well as cars. Playground for kids, shady trees and flushing toilets (watch out for snakes, so says the sign ;-). Best of all it's an easy run straight out onto the highway with a long, slightly down hill onramp.



Good spot for overnight stay with clean toilets



stayed here for one night, bit noisy but no worries other than that.
