Going in from Brayton via Marulan is not too bad on the dirt road. There are some ruts in the road. Ok in a 2WD but NOT in the wet. Going in from Bannaby via Taralga IS BETTER and shorter. The river crossing is a lovely spot great for a picnic with some shade. I went through the creek in my 2WD and it was quite rough going over the river rocks and definitely not recommended for low vehicles. Its not needed to cross the river from Bannaby side.
