Visited here today- the floods have washed all the sand away and is no longer a beach at the moment - worth a look though as they are doing a lot of construction here which will make this place much more fun to visit with a big playground!

Beautiful location to hang out by the water and meet some locals. Lots of bins and BBQs, facilities are well maintained.

Not much beach and the river is very brown. Not sure how this beach was voted #9 in 2019. Maybe the voters don't travel. Lots of construction going on in the immediate are. Will be a lovely place when complete.
