No camping signs and all the gates locked

Stayed last week. Sites have side slope. Close to town, within walking distance. Local youth use the area as a daily meeting point, dominating bbq hut for hours. Carpark is used as a short cut by locals who drive very fast and very early. Council needs to address these issues to make it work.
