The park doesn't look like the photos anymore. There was a lot of trash everywhere and grass was dug up. Construction supplies are being stored at this park. We used the BBQ and then quickly left the area. Wouldn't recommend.

It's pretty much a construction site at the moment. You can still access the tables, bbq and kids playground but it's not really a pleasant to stop at right now.

Public toilet, free gas bbq , children's playground and gym. Ok for a rest stop , not much off street parking . Good cycle path around the lake and nice scenery. Nice quiet corner
