The front loading machine ate the $5 and didn't work. Another customer tried to use the soap dispenser and ended up making a $2 contribution without receiving anything in return. Two phone calls and no response from the contact number. Finally the other customer received a call back and basically said they couldn't do anything. Suggested a donation to local charity. No happy with the operation and response time.
