Tap can be a bit tricky to fine. Turn left into the gravel car park and drive towards the skate park fence. The tap is in the left corner on the grass side.

Tap still here. Back left corner as you enter car park. A little hidden from view.

Thanks for the review folks From the dump point drive maybe 50 mtrs towards recreation club. Take first entrance driveway to large carpark opp club. There is a wire fence on your left. At the end of the fence is the tap. it is over the fence. Easy to get to
