Looking for traditional Aussie hospitality? You'll find it at Outback Pioneer Lodge. Located within Ayers Rock Resort, only 20km from Ayers Rock, the Lodge is perfect for the budget minded traveller. Outback Pioneer Lodge boasts Budget Rooms with and without bathroom, as well as comfortable and clean hostel accommodation for the roaming backpacker. Two styles of hostel accommodation are available including twenty bed female and male dormitories and four bed mixed sex dormitories, both have shared bathroom facilities. Dorms feature air-conditioning and heating and have access to communal showers and toilets, a common room with television and internet access, a communal self-catering kitchen and shared self-service laundry facilities. Taste Australia's pioneering past, as you enjoy a beer and some outback delights at the famous do-it-yourself Outback BBQ and swap stories of your day's adventures with a cold beverage at the Bar. Alternatively, opt for one of the many restaurants and dining options around the Resort, including Thai Takeaway at Ayers Wok or a pizza at Geckos Café. As a guest at the Lodge you have access to all the Resort facilities including; swimming pools, shops, petrol station, tennis courts, art galleries, tour & information centre and more. If you are catering for yourself, you can pick up supplies at the Supermarket at the Resort Town Square. Your stay includes a FREE Guest Activities Program, return Ayers Rock Airport transfers and a free resort shuttle bus that will help you get around.
