Arrived only to find the centre closed with restricted times due to Covid. Jess and Lauren were feeding the animals so allowed us to come in (paid) as a family and look through the centre as we were leaving the next day. We got to hold a snake and a bearded dragon and hang out with Terry the croc. Very informative and a wonderful experience for our children. Centre is a bit dated and needs A refurbishment so go along and support them so they can do that.

Young girl at counter rude. Nothing outside except croc. Looked at everything in about 20minutes, including reading. Was not allowed to hold 2nd snake in 2nd area as only allowed to hold 1 snake a day? Would not return.

What an awesome place to visit. Lots of different reptiles to see including a croc, thorny devils, snakes. Make sure you do the show too. We went to the 11am. Really informative and we got to hold a snake, a blue tongue lizard and a bearded dragon. Only $52 for a family of 4. We were there a good 2-3 hours.
