Fantastic place, well worth it.

The previous review is totally out of whack compared to most of the others, really don't get it. There is treewalk guiding you through different levels of the forrest and as you go through them you are introduced to the wildlife at that level. The aviaries are huge in particular the last one which is a massive dome. It's like a walk through the jungle with creeks running through them. The aquarium is like an Underwater World of many local species of fish and other creatures. In the nocturnal house you need to be patient to spot the night creatures. And then the bird show, just phenomenal. Birds just coming flying out of the bush introducing performing acrobatic acts. No blindfolds no cages... Presenter like David Attenborough. You can take the bus if walking is a problem. Well done NT.

Underwhelming, 1 bird show for 10 min at 11am only . Only caged wildlife good if you want a bush walk. Waste of time and money.
