Interesting road in full of potholes. A bit narrow, few areas to pull over if car coming in opposite direction. Driving on airstrip is fun!

This point is the turnoff to WW2 McDonald Airstrip. From here follow the old unmaintained Stuart Highway down to the Airstrip. Road is bitumen but narrow and full of sharp potholes
