Description

Free camping in the marked area at the rear of the Hervey Bay Visitor Information Centre for self contained vehicles only. There is a max stay of 48 hours. It is accessible to RVs, caravans and big rigs. Camping in tents is not permitted. You must have a your own toilet. Toilets in visitor centre when it's open. A dump point is available. Dogs are permitted and must be kept under control. No open fires. Carry out anything you carry in and leave no trace. Permit required from visitor centre. If no spaces available when returning to site then permit invalid.
