Description

Mount Britton is an abandoned gold mining town, situated approximately 35 minutes drive north-east of Nebo. Free camping is available and facilities include flushing toilets and picnic tables. Pets are permitted on a leash. How to get to the camp: Watch the sign on the way in as someone keeps turning it in wrong direction. When you get to a 'Y' in road stick to the left (see pics I posted). There are a few locals that have private leases up in the bush they keep to themselves they may say hello or wave, that's it. Loo clean please contribute by leaving a roll or two of paper. Plenty of fire pits to park up near.
