The Caravan/Camping Ground is situated in the Showgrounds, in Rosewood, 17 km west of Ipswich, a semi-rural town within one hour of Brisbane and close to the beautiful Scenic Rim. The Showground is walking distance to a supermarket, chemist, doctors, post office, coffee shops, hotels, hairdressers, banks, churches, a newsagent and the electric train to Brisbane. Bookings are essential and from 1/1/2024 these must be made by phoning the Ipswich Visitor Information Centre on 07 3281 0555 or online at www.discoveripswich.com.au/accommodation/rosewood-showgrounds-camping-facility/ Please phone 0481 382 049 on arrival for site allocation. Operated by the Lions Club of Rosewood and from 1/1/2024 no cash payments will be accepted.
