Description

Visitor Information Centre includes an extensive historic display, a 17 minute film on the history of the town, and garden display with historic buildings and machines. Also a good selection of brochures and travel information about the region. Hours vary a bit by season but presently 7.30am-4:00 pm Mon. to Fri. and closed on weekends for the Visitor Information Centre. The Heritage Precinct buildings will be closed Mon to Sun. We are happy to open these buildings for you during business hours, all you have to do is ask at the Visitor Information Centre. Dogs in arms are permitted in the building, and on a lead in the garden. Only Telstra phone service available. Mobile service in this area is only available directly with Telstra. SIM cards from Aldi, Woolies, Belonge etc will not work.
