Description

The Tropic of Capricorn Spire Visitor Information Centre is located at the Tropic of Capricorn Spire on Gladstone Road, at the southern entrance to Rockhampton. This visitor information centre offers a one stop shop for travel information including driver reviver, maps, brochures, and itineraries. Staffed by skilled and knowledgeable volunteers, The Spire Visitor Information Centre can provide advice on the things to see and do and where to eat in the Rockhampton Region and surrounds. Potable Drinking Water is available at the dump point at Nuttall Steeet, North Rockhampton. Opening hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm Saturday and Sunday 9am - 3pm Anzac Day 1pm - 5pm Closed Christmas Day and Good Friday No camping or overnight parking.
