Description

This free point of interest offers nice scenery, wildlife viewing, walking tracks and swimming. No camping or overnight parking allowed. The well defined, shady walking track starts at the Finch Hatton Gorge picnic area and takes you on a 1.6 kilometre journey to the beautiful Araluen waterfall. There is a viewing platform at the falls and also several steps down to the granite boulders of the rock pools beneath the falls. Swimming and paddling are possible and it is used by families.
