SAUCE Brewing Co love the diversity of craft beer and creating flavoursome beers that can be enjoyed by everyone. Starting out in Sydney, this microbrewery brings a little of the Inner West to Queensland's Far North. The fun continues as you discover another three of Cairns' best microbreweries, meet the local brewers, enjoy tastings at each venue, and hear the legendary stories behind them. Among the breweries you may visit include Barrier Reef Brewing, who pride themselves on crafting small batch, full flavoured brews, and Macalister Brewing, who produce fresh, unpasteurised, unfiltered, preservative free, naturally conditioned beers. Cairns is home to two distinct distilleries - Wolf Lane Distillery and FNQ Spirits - producing amazing spirits from locally sourced ingredients. The tour will take you to one of them and give you some insight into how their products are made.
