Description

At the height of Croydon's gold rush, it was home to one of the largest settlements of Chinese immigrants in Northern Australia. A few of their decedents remain. Here information plaques on a short walking circuit offer a window into this community. This is a site of active research, with additional improvements to come. No camping or overnight parking allowed.
