Description
Heritage Precinct includes a number original buildings from the 1890s in their original locations, they are (generally) open same hours as the Visitor Info Centre and have historical displays. The Courthouse has an audio play based on the transcripts of a case from 1902. Be sure to visit the lock ups behind the Old Police Station and say hello to the prisoner. All the old fashioned street lights come on at dark, and there are feature lights on the history buildings too - definitely worth an evening walk, very beautiful.
