A very popular camp and and picnic site set in natural Eucalypt woodland. Online bookings and payment is now available and mandatory. Camping permitted from 1 April 30 November. Wood fires permitted from 1 May 31 October. (These dates may change in seasons where high fire danger persists). Facilities and features 23 designated camping sites Two timber shelters Hybrid toilet system with disability access Fire pits Picnic tables Rainwater (not suitable for drinking) Access to Chookarloo and Heysen walking trails Picnic area with shelter and tables (camping not permitted)
