Owned by the community, run by the Murray Town Progress Association (all volunteers & not for profit ). Murray Town campground offers powered and unpowered sites suitable for tents, camper trailers, caravans, motrohomes and big rigs. Site fees: Powered $20 per night - Un Powered $10 per night - Honour system, envelopes available at post office boxes front entrance or Yellow Door near Caretakers site. Online payment available as per signs Facilities include water, toilets and hot showers, fire pits, camp kitchen and large Rotunda, play ground. Centrally located between 3 shopping towns plus hospital within 10mins. Mobile reception can sometimes be a little hit and miss BUT Public Phone near Post Boxes best thing calls are FREE. Dog friendly on leash. Nice peaceful surrounds, enjoy our resident Kookaburras, the occasional Mopoke, abundance of parrots and native birds. Enjoy your stay Current Caretaker ......
