Currently closed for winter break. Must ring in advance for availability and entrance gate details This is a private, safe, tranquil, secure spot away from road and town noise, superb serenity, flat level grassed areas to spread out, well protected out of the wind, with short bush walks, native birds and wildlife Accessible to RVs, and caravans, Wide entry and drive way for easy access, over 50s preferred, You must be fully self contained, no tents, no children, limited to 3 to 6 spots, maybe more, if a group by arrangement. Our garden is open to browse and pick seasonal berries and veggies Dogs are permitted but must be on a lead at all times, You must ring in advance for availability and entrance gate details, 3 day limit, may be extended by agreement, Gate is lock coded(gate code not to be shared) so must ring even if just wanting to view, or by appointment. Arrive and be set up by 6pm, so as not to inconvenience other guests, checkout is by 12noon, An extra large communal fire pit is available for use, and BBQ shelter with wood fired pizza oven, and gas BBQ for use. No lighting ground or other fires outside of this pit, all fires are to be extinguished before retiring for the night. Initial fire will be set by host, and further fire wood is available for a small fee Drop in guests are not permitted, we will not accept unknown visitors in and out of our property/home all hours of the day/night Must leave no trace. The Owners accept No responsibility for any injuries to Visitors/Guests, and/or damage to their property, this is a condition of entry March flies are bad all over Tasmania in Autumn, and our Telstra/ boost service is scratchy at best due to a Telstra tower "upgrade" ?? both outside our control
