Description

Buntine Rock is a large granite outcrop providing spectacular views of the surrounding farming land. A great picnic site and wildflowers in season. Free camping is available at Buntine Rocks. The 3rd campground has big turning areas, however the entry road can be rough and is recommended for off-road caravans only. Caravans are not allowed past this point. Buntine Rock is an easy 430mtr walk from here. There are no facilities. Take all your rubbish with you and leave no trace. If you do not have your own toilet, bury human waste at least 100m from tracks, camping areas and water bodies. Bury toilet paper or bag and dispose of in a bin once you leave the site.
