Description

Bookings required prior to arrival. Chuditch provides campsites that are set back from the river but is nestled in the peaceful jarrah forest. Chuditch is an ideal place for families to camp; it is not intended for group usage. The campground has picnic tables, toilets and rubbish bins. Chuditch has a camp kitchen which has gas cooking facilities and water is supplied. There are 24 campsites at Chuditch, ten of which can accommodate smaller caravans or camper trailers. Access roads are unsealed but accessible by 2WD. Dogs permitted - must be on a leash at all times. Generators permitted 8am-9pm. Campfires are not permitted. The campground has a walk trail that leads down to the Murray River, that is a great spot to swim or canoe. Also the 3.8 kilometre Chuditch walk trail that showcases the heritage aspects of Nanga Townsite and Nanga Mill.
