Description

Credo Homestead is a former pastoral station situated within the Rowles Lagoon catchment. There are six rooms available in the old shearers' quarters and a number of bush camping sites. Facilities include picnic tables, barbecue fire rings and toilets with accommodation at the old shearers' quarters including four flushing toilets and four showers. Camping fees apply and bookings can be made through the DPaW Kalgoorlie office or to the caretakers on-site 08 9024 2063. You can get to this site by two-wheel drive and large vehicles > 7m. The homestead is 75km north-west of Coolgardie along Coolgardie North Road. Most of the tracks on the former pastoral property are for four-wheel-drive vehicles only, however access to Rowles Lagoon is open to all vehicles during dry soil conditions. Bring your own firewood. Dogs are not permitted.
