Description

Camping at Eagle Bluff is located 22 kms from Denham. The site is located 2km down the 4km access track to the Eagle Bluff Board Walk on the right hand side. This site is run by the Shire of Shark Bay. You must purchase a permit prior to setting up camp. Obtain a permit at Shark Bay Discovery and Visitor Centre in person or by calling 08 9948 1590 and paying via credit card, please also have your vehicle registration number handy. Permits are for 24 hours and restricted to one night only. The sites are patrolled by a Ranger, however you cannot buy the permit from the Ranger. Bookings are only taken on the day that you intend to camp. The sites are accessible using a two-wheel drive via unsealed roads. Sites are unpowered and suitable for tents, camper trailers, motorhomes and caravans. There are no facilities. Camp in designated (cleared) areas only. Camp fires are strictly prohibited. Chemical toilets or port-a-loos are required. All rubbish must be removed from the site.
