Description

El Questro attractions have been CLOSED for the 2020 season due to reduced tourist numbers following the COVID-19 border closures. El Questro will reopen 1 April 2021 at the Station and Campgrounds and Homestead. Emma Gorge will reopen 1 May 2021. El Questro has 30 private riverside sites situated further along the Pentecost River, yet still close to the heart of the action. They are approximately 10 minutes' drive from The Station's central facilities, which are available for use by all campers. Please be aware that sizes of sites, shade and access to eco loos vary and note that most sites are not suitable for swimming. Reservations via El Questro Wilderness Park office. Kindly note, we do not allow caravans and large motor-homes on the private sites due to low hanging branches on the driveways. Please also note that there is a 16km unsealed section with two water crossings being approximately 300-500mm in depth. Dogs are allowed at El Questros campsites, however they must be on a lead at all times and any signs of antisocial behaviour will result in a move on notice. Dogs are not permitted on any of El Questro's tours, activities or to any of our attractions.
