Description

The inlet of the Waychinicup River is extremely picturesque, with polished granite rocks on both sides. The entry road is suitable for two-wheel-drives but can become flooded. Access is only suitable for four-wheel-drive when flooding occurs. The camping area is not suitable for caravans as there is limited room. Facilities include a long-drop sealed vault toilet and picnic facilities. There are only two sites suitable for vehicle based camping. The majority of sites are walk-in tent sites. Camping fees apply. EFTPOS is available from Boxing Day 2023 to Easter 2024. Bookings cannot be made. There is no fresh water supplied - please bring your own. NO CAMPFIRES or solid fuel appliances (including stoves, barbeques and heaters) at any time. Campers´ own liquid or gas fuel barbeques, stoves and heaters can be used at any time, unless a total fire ban has been declared. Pets are not permitted.
