[Football Fans please take note: there is no TV reception in Beacon. A set top box (VAST Digital) is required.] Beacon Caravan Park offers a $10 voucher (to promote buying local in the Mt Marshall Shire) for each night you stay to a value of $50 (5 nights) when you book a powered site or cabin. The Beacon Caravan Park is located in Lucas Street, within walking distance of the local business and town facilities. The park provides both powered and unpowered sites as well as self-contained, and well-equipped air-conditioned budget cabins, with Digital VAST system TV in each cabin. There are 8 single ensuite Dongas available. There is a modern ablution block, and the laundry on premises is shared with housekeeping, but is not coin operated. A donation for use of the washer and dryer into the honesty box is always greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance. The campers kitchen and fire pit are well setup for your needs.There is a pod containing firewood. Firewood is available to use. While there is no charge for the firewood, donations of wood can be placed straight back into the pod, or cash contributions into the honesty box. The camp kitchen has a BBQ. Casual passing through day use of the facilities is available for travellers, at a small cost of $12 per vehicle. Casual showers are available for $12pp. Your Caretakers strive to be available every day.
