Description

Enjoy a gentle stroll along the foreshore and around the point. Pelican Point is the second largest sector of the Swan Estuary Marine Park. The marine park is for the protection of migratory bird feeding habitat. The marine park is south of the point's axis and on the northern side includes the Royal Perth Yacht Club, Mounts Bay Sailing Club and a public boat ramp. Adjacent to Pelican Point (to the south) is JH Abrahams Reserve, a popular picnicking and recreation area. The park offers extensive grassy and shaded areas, with play equipment, picnic tables, showers, toilets and a mobile snack facility close by.
