Description

Two walking tracks start from here: Stacy's Loop 1.9km loop - allow 1.5 hours An easy loop trail that winds through beautiful jarrah forest and over several bridges that cross Gooralong Brook. Kitty's Gorge Trail 14km return or 7km to Serpentine Falls. Allow 5 hours for the return walk. A moderately difficult trail that runs down the Darling Scarp, following Gooralong Brook and Serpentine River and ending at Serpentine Falls. Expect steep sections and uneven ground. Along the way discover impressive granite chasms and boulders, and explore an historic gauging station and the brook's many waterfalls. To avoid returning up-hill by the trail, you might wish to organise a car shuffle between here and Serpentine Falls, which is 15km away by road.
