Waste dump point and 2 drinking water taps at the east side of the Shell/Coles Express. Both dump point and water taps are locked in a cage. Went to the shell service station to get a key to open the cage and access the water. Was told they don't have a key. That the cage is unlocked Monday to Friday, business hours only
